Linden Buys Hycor from Agilent

CHICAGO & SANTA CLARA, Calif., Feb. 9, 2010 - Linden LLC, a Chicago-based health care private equity firm, has purchased Hycor Biomedical Inc. from Agilent Technologies for an undisclosed amount. Hycor, located in Garden Grove, Calif., manufactures in vitro diagnostic products for the global allergy, autoimmune and urinalysis markets.
