Laser Signal Transmission Tames Atmospheric Distortion

Researchers from the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR) and the University of Western Australia (UWA) claimed a world record for what the team is calling the most stable transmission of a laser signal through the atmosphere.
