INRS to Receive $12M From Canada Foundation, Quebec Government for Modernization

QUEBEC, Nov. 21, 2017 — Professors Pierre Francus and François Légaré at the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS) will acquire cutting-edge tools to modernize the institute’s research facilities through a $12 million investment from the Canada Foundation for Innovation's Innovation Fund and the Government of Quebec. The tools will be used in the areas of on-medical tomography and dynamic imagery, and complex system control.
