WESTBOROUGH, Mass. — KPM Analytics acquired Bruins Instruments, a manufacturer of high-resolution near-infrared reflectance and transmission analyzers. The acquisition strengthens KPM’s positions in agriculture and feed and food applications, and it expands its portfolio of NIR devices.
