NORTH READING, Mass. — Teradyne, a developer of automated test equipment and advanced robotics systems, has appointed Shannon Poulin as president of its semiconductor test division. The appointment will take effect after the retirement of current president Rick Burns, which is set for June 1. Most recently, Poulin was the COO at Altera, formerly a part of Intel. LAFAYETTE, Colo. — Space-based quantum technology company Xairos Systems, Inc. has added Joseph Campagna as chief strategy officer. Campagna has current top secret sensitive compartmented information access and more than 30 years of experience in the Department of Defense, national security, space, and intelligence communities.
