Dynasil Promotes Shah to Lead RMD Unit

WATERTOWN, Mass., Oct. 7, 2011 — Dr. Kanai S. Shah will become president of Radiation Monitoring Devices (RMD) Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary of Dynasil Corp. of America, the companies announced. The promotion is effective Jan. 1, 2012. The current vice president and leader of the Material Science Group at RMD, Shah will succeed Dr. Gerald Entine, founder and president of the company. Entine will continue as a member of Dynasil’s board of directors and in January will assume the role of president emeritus of RMD.
