Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology recently welcomed researchers from The Institute of Optoelectronics, Shenzhen University, China, to its manufacturing headquarters in southwest England for a week of customized training. The training follows Shenzhen University's decision to purchase two Oxford Instruments Plasmalab 80Plus etch and deposition systems for use in GaN-based blue LED application research.
