CI Systems of Westlake Village and Opto-Knowledge Systems Inc. of Torrance, both in California, have agreed to jointly make bids and to sell products developed by each company. Opto-Knowledge specializes in the design and development of airborne systems for the IR range, while CI offers radiometric and spectral imaging expertise, manufacturing facilities and an international sales network.
