American Laser Society Names New President

WAUSAU, Wis., April 17, 2014 — The American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery has named Dr. Juanita J. Anders its new president. Under her leadership over the next year, the organization says it plans to increase interaction and cooperation of scientists, innovators and clinicians, and to strengthen ties with other national and international societies focused on lasers and other energy-based technologies.
