Radiant Imaging Inc. of Duvall, Wash., and Royal Philips Electronics of Eindhoven, the Netherlands, have entered into a licensing agreement to commercialize the parousiameter, an inspection device based on Philips technology. Under the arrangement, Radiant Imaging will fabricate and sell instruments based on the technology and will develop data acquisition and image processing software to be licensed back to Philips.

Providing full characterization of display and LED output, the parousiameter collects all view angles in a single measurement.
