Princeton Lightwave Awarded Laser Diode Pact
Princeton Lightwave Inc. of Cranbury, N.J., has received a $730,000 contract from the US Army to develop high-power pump laser diodes. The company will focus on production of more powerful and efficient one-dimensional bars and two-dimensional stacks of 1470-nm eye-safe multimode diode lasers based on the InGaAsP system.
