Preco Inc. of Lenexa, Kan., has announced the opening of a contract manufacturing facility in Tianjin, China. Preco-Miwa Laser Industries Ltd. intends to meet the demand for laser processing services, including converting, welding and heat treating. The company provides laser and die-cutting systems, process development and laser contract services for the automotive, aerospace, electronic, packaging and medical industries.
