The long-term commercial agreement includes Plessey's MaGIC GaN-on-silicon LEDs and Sabre linear lighting products, which combine remote phosphor with an LED light engine, offering high system efficiencies and a long, economic life cycle. A range of color temperatures provide a uniform and diffuse luminance and appearance, ensuring no reflections or pixilation, even with dimmed light. They are suitable for high-lumen areas and decorative lighting systems used in the hospitality and retail sectors.
Plessey is a manufacturer of semiconductor products used in sensing, measurement and controls applications.
Headquartered in Dartford, 8Point3 delivers energy-saving LEDs to the private and public sector. For more information, visit www.8point3led.co.uk.
