Photonis, an electro-optical detection and imaging company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ProxiVision, a developer and manufacturer of ultraviolet detection solutions. Photonis signed an agreement in April to acquire Telops, having completed its acquisition of Xenics at the end of 2022. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the coming weeks. Terms of the agreement are not being disclosed and are pending customary clearances and approvals.
