Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Photonera, a provider of integrated photonics solutions for ultradense, high-speed interconnection systems, announced it has bought Intexys Photonics of Toulouse, France, a manufacturer of high-speed optical modules. Under terms of the agreement, Photonera will acquire all assets and intellectual property needed to continue and grow the business with all existing products. Photonera will retain key Intexys employees.
