NeoPhotonics develops silicon photonics and advanced hybrid photonic integrated circuit-based lasers, modules, and subsystems for bandwidth-intensive, high-speed communications networks. Savage has served as CFO of Ultra Clean Holdings Inc. and as its senior vice president of finance, chief accounting officer, and other senior finance roles.

MCHENRY, Ill. — Chroma Color Corp. (CCC) appointed Shruti Singhal CEO. CCC formulates and supplies specialty color and additive concentrates and IR absorbing and modifying dyes. Singhal has held positions in Henkel, Cognis (now BASF), Rohm & Haas, Dow Chemical Co., Ashland, Solenis, and General Cable. He has also served as president of DSM’s engineering materials business.
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio — Amanda Gentry is the managing director of Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Sensors Directorate. In the position, Gentry will ensure that the U.S.’s air, space, and cyber forces have superior intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, precision engagement, and electronic warfare systems capabilities by developing, demonstrating, and transitioning advanced sensors and sensing technologies. Gentry has a wealth of work experience in AFRL, as well as the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office and Air Force Acquisition Office.
