BETHESDA, Md. — Karen Schuckman has been named executive director of the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS). She succeeds acting executive director Jesse Winch, who announced his retirement from ASPRS, effective June 30. Schuckman, a professor at Penn State University, has held a variety of roles at ASPRS, most recently serving as managing director, a position she has held for the last five years, and as president since 2005. Schuckman’s involvement with the society began in 1990 as a member of the California State University Student Chapter.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark — Chris Kramer, former president and CEO of Intermolecular Inc., joined ATLANT 3D Nanosystems as chairman of the board of directors. Kramer has three decades of experience in semiconductors and microelectronics. He has held leadership positions with companies involved in equipment and materials, such as Tokyo Electron, ATMI, and Entegris.
BALTIMORE, Md. — Pixelligent Technologies named Wayne Rehberger to its advisory board. Rehberger previously served as CFO and COO of XO Communications, and as senior vice president and CFO of TASC until its merger with Engility Corp. in 2015.
