BEVERLY, Mass. — Biotechnology company Hamilton Thorne appointed Karen Firestone to its board of directors as an independent director. Firestone is co-founder, CEO, and chair of Aureus Asset Management, a Boston-based investment adviser. Additionally, Meg Spencer has retired as chair of the board of directors.
