Patrick Sheller Named Kodak Assistant Secretary
Eastman Kodak Co. of Rochester, N.Y., announced that Patrick M. Sheller has been elected assistant secretary, succeeding Sharon. E. Underberg, who held the post for two years as part of a developmental assignment. Underberg, who has been promoted to director, corporate and regulatory legal staff, is an assistant general counsel and a vice president of Kodak's legal department. Sheller currently serves as Kodak's chief compliance officer and will continue in that role in his new position. Sheller joined Kodak in 1993 as marketing, antitrust and litigation counsel to the company's Health Group and has since held various other roles with the legal department and Health Group. He was in private law practice immediately prior to joining Kodak.
