A division of Panasonic Corp. of North America, Panasonic Industrial Co. of Secaucus, N.J., has appointed Arrow Electronics of Melville, N.Y., as a North American distributor for its passive and electromechanical products. The company already has arrangements with Arrow in Europe and in Canada.
