CAMPBELL, Calif., and SOUTH DEERFIELD, Mass., Jan. 15 -- P-Com Inc., a provider of wireless telecom products and services, and Telaxis Communications Corp., a developer of wireless fiber optic connectivity products, announced they have mutually terminated their definitive merger agreement.
