Pessac, France-based i2S Linescan has opened a sales office in Orange, Conn., to house its subsidiary, i2S Linescan Imaging Inc. The company, which designs, produces and installs systems for detecting manufacturing defects in technical materials, will use the office to serve customers in the US, Canada and South America. In addition to a sales staff, the office will incorporate a technical support infrastructure providing services such as demo platforms and spare parts.
