Oclaro Appoints Haylor to Board
SAN JOSE, Calif., Aug. 31, 2016 — Optical communications provider Oclaro Inc. has appointed Denise Haylor to its board of directors, as well as chair of the board’s compensation committee.

"Denise brings with her a wealth of global human resources experience with leading technology companies and we look forward to her contributions to our success in the years ahead."
Haylor brings more than 25 years of professional experience to Oclaro, with competencies in executive compensation, talent acquisition and development, and human resources. She currently serves as the chief human resources officer and a member of the executive committee of Royal Philips, in the Netherlands.
Previous positions include chief human resources officer of Flextronics and corporate vice president and deputy head of human resources of Motorola Mobility.

Oclaro is a developer of optical components, modules and subsystems for the optical, enterprise and data center markets.
