OSRAM Extends Bank, Kampmann Contracts
MUNICH, Nov. 14, 2018 — The OSRAM Supervisory Board has extended the contracts of Ingo Bank, chief financial officer, and Stefan Kampmann, chief technology officer.
The assignments were set to expire in 2019. The five-year renewal will run through the summer of 2024.
Kampmann joined the company in July 2016 after a career in the technology sector, mainly in Germany and the U.S. Bank joined in September 2016 after a career in the lighting industry, mainly in the Netherlands and overseas.
OSRAM is a provider of high technology with a focus on semiconductor-based devices and applications, such as virtual reality, autonomous driving, smart lighting, and smartphones.
