The Italy-based OLSA Group has entered the open ISELED Alliance to develop and market the digital LED in-vehicle lighting concept. The ISELED Alliance is committed to creating an ecosystem around the ISELED concept. Its core product is a smart LED driver from Inova Semiconductors, which is integrated with three RGB LEDs, resulting in a tiny package from Dominant Opto. This approach aims to reduce costs, simplify control, and expand the functionality of LED lighting in automobiles. OLSA joins existing members Inova Semiconductors, Dominant Opto Technologies, Lucie Labs, NXP, TE Connectivity, Pforzheim University, and Valeo. OLSA is an international supplier of lighting products for the automotive industry.
