Novalux Inc. of Sunnyvale, Calif., has signed a North American distribution agreement with Edmund Industrial Optics of Barrington, N.J., for its Protera Center for Devices and Radiological Health-compliant laser systems. Based on Novalux's patented extended-cavity surface-emitting laser technology, the systems are available in several models, each featuring LED status indicators, a key switch and a safety interlock.
