Goodrich Corp. has completed a $60 million cash transaction for the acquisition of Sensors Unlimited Inc. that includes a 39,000-square-foot leased facility in Princeton, N.J., and more than 50 employees in manufacturing and engineering positions. Goodrich said the new business enables it to provide in-house manufacturing capabilities for advanced infrared cameras and short-wave infrared and near-infrared focal plane arrays used in military, security, industrial, commercial and telecommunications markets for applications including covert surveillance, night vision and health and safety protocols and historical art inspection. These technologies are now part of Goodrich's existing Optical and Space Systems Div. . . .
