ADE Corp. of Westwood, Mass., a supplier of metrology and inspection systems required for production in the silicon wafer, semiconductor device, magnetic data storage and optics manufacturing industries, says that Peter Wolters AG, a worldwide supplier of silicon wafer polishing equipment, has installed ADE's WaferSight wafer geometry system at its research and development lab in Germany.
