Solar Monkey of Irvine, Calif., a provider of grid-tied solar power solutions, has signed a contract with WS Energia of Lisbon, Portugal, to manufacture solar-tracking systems based on the latter’s patented design. The companies claim that tracking systems can improve the energy generation of solar systems by as much as 35 percent.
