Micro-LAM, a manufacturer of laser-assisted machining systems for ultraprecise CNC machining, has acquired optical fabrication company 603OPTX Inc., fabricators of precision optical components. The acquisition expands R&D, prototyping, and pre-production capabilities, as well as production and fabrication expertise. The companies will begin working together in 2021, according to a press release.
