Matrox Imaging Corp. of Dorval, Quebec, Canada, has received a $3.3 million order from a North American wafer inspection equipment manufacturer. Under the contract, it will supply vision processors, frame grabbers, industrial vision computers and software over the next several months.Matrox Imaging also has appointed Multipix Imaging Ltd. as its exclusive distributor in the UK. The Petersfield, UK, company will sell Matrox Imaging's full line of frame grabbers, vision processors, smart cameras, development software and stand-alone vision systems.
