MVTec Adds Mitsubishi Electric Europe to Partner Program
MUNICH, June 25, 2024 — MVTec Software GmbH, a manufacturer of machine vision software, has added Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. to the MVTec Technology Partner Program. The program is a collaboration platform between MVTec and a network of technology suppliers that includes companies such as Sony, Baumer, Teledyne, and Basler.
Mitsubishi's contact image sensors use standard interfaces making them compatible with MVTec’s software products, while MVTec provides an interface to Mitsubishi's MELSEC programmable logic controllers. MVTec has stated that existing measures will now be consolidated under a unified framework to optimize collaboration and ensure the sustainable integration of Mitsubishi products into the MVTec portfolio.
