Lumentum Acquires TriLumina Assets

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 18, 2020 — Lumentum has acquired technology assets of TriLumina, including patents and other intellectual property. Trilumina technology includes flip-chip, back-emitting VCSEL arrays for use in a wide variety of applications, including 3D sensing, automotive safety and driver assistance systems, and lidar. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
