Lumenis Ltd., a Yokneam, Israel-based manufacturer of laser, light-based and radio-frequency devices for surgical, aesthetic, and ophthalmic applications, announced that its chief operating officer, Zivi Nedivi, is leaving the company. Nedivi, who will become CEO of a business outside the industry, said he will remain with Lumenis for the transition.
