EADS, a European aerospace and defense group, has placed an order worth € 6 million with Linos AG of Göttingen, Germany, for the development and manufacture of optical systems for defense applications.The order was taken through the defense market segment of Linos' Information Technology & Communications business division. The interests also agreed to long-term cooperation in the area of optical systems.
