Lightspeed Technologies Expands Offerings
Lightspeed Technologies of Campbell, Calif., has agreed to distribute two new product lines in the US. The Q-Macs system from Neoplas Control GmbH of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany, employs mid-IR quantum cascade lasers in a scanning absorption spectrometer system to measure absolute concentrations in vapors and plasmas. The wavefront sensors and laser beam profilers from Laser-Laboratory Göttingen eV of Germany operate through software from 190 to 1100 nm. The interchangeable systems can characterize lasers, systems and optics at these wavelengths, as well as stabilize laser beam pointing or analyze UV absorption in optics.
