Lattice Semiconductor Begins CEO Search

Lattice Semiconductor Corp. of Hillsboro, Ore., announced that Steve Skaggs, president and CEO since 2005, will be resigning effective May 31, 2008, and the company's board of directors has started a search for a new CEO. Board Chairman Patrick Jones said of Skaggs, "We appreciate his hard work on behalf of the company and its stockholders and his continued willingness to serve as the company's chief executive officer through the search process and transition to a new CEO. We wish him well in his future endeavors." Lattice Semiconductor provides programmable logic devices, including field-programmable gate arrays, complex programmable logic devices, mixed-signal power management and clock-generation devices, to the communications, computing, industrial, consumer, automotive, medical and military markets.
