Kyocera Expands to India

Kyoto, Japan-based Kyocera Corp., the parent company and global headquarters of the Kyocera Group, has announced the establishment of Kyocera Asia Pacific India Private Ltd. (KAPI), a new Kyocera Group sales company positioned to strengthen components sales in the expanding Indian market. KAPI commenced operations on Aug. 1 with the sale of cutting tools, and in the future it will sell other fine ceramic components.
