KISTA, Sweden, Feb. 14, 2024 — Sivers Semiconductors AB, an integrated chips company, has nominated Bami Bastani to become chairman of its board of directors. Bastani was also appointed as executive chairman of Sivers’ U.S. subsidiary, Sivers Semiconductors Inc. He previously served as strategic advisor to the company's board and management team and held president, CEO, and board member positions at Meru Networks, Trident Microsystems, and ANADIGICS.
WASHINGTON D.C. — Hyperspectral satellite company Kuva Space appointed Jerry Welsh to the board of its newly established U.S. subsidiary, Kuva Space US. Welsh is the former CEO of ICEYE US and served as a mentor for space and aerospace startups participating in the Techstars accelerator program.

DENVER — Edge cloud developer Lumen Technologies named Dave Ward CTO. Ward joins Lumen from PacketFabric, where he was chairman and CEO. Prior to leading PacketFabric, Ward was a senior vice president, CTO-engineering, and chief architect at Cisco Systems, and served as a fellow at both Cisco Systems and Juniper Networks.
