A Macau-based producer of high-grade crystals for laser applications, Kaston Optronics Manufacturing Ltd. has appointed Rocotech International Ltd. of Gerrards Cross, UK, as its exclusive distributor in the UK. The ISO-9001-qualified Kaston, which offers optical, nonlinear, laser and other crystals, is in a joint venture with Research Institute for Synthetic Crystals in Beijing for the development of synthetic, inorganic and metallic materials for potential laser applications.
