KVH Industries to Supply Gyros

A US military customer has placed a $1.1 million order with KVH Industries Inc. of Middletown, R.I., for the company’s DSP-3000 fiber optic gyros, which incorporate digital signal processing technology. The customer will incorporate the all-fiber gyros into military training simulator systems for real-time image synchronization and stabilization.
