John Major Joins Planar as VP Global Ops, Supply Chain
John Major has joined Planar Systems Inc., a Beaverton, Ore., display technology provider, as vice president, global operations and supply chain. He replaces John J. Ehren, who is leaving to pursue a new professional opportunity. Major was most recently vice president global supply chain and worldwide manufacturing operations for Tektronix Inc. He previously held positions in customer service and manufacturing at Xerox, Tektronix and Digital Equipment.
