Jenoptik Opens Production Center
The Jenoptik Group of Jena, Germany, has opened a production center for plastic optics and optical systems in Triptis, Germany. This plant is being opened by the subsidiary Jenoptik Polymer Systems GmbH, formerly called Wahl optoparts GmbH. The new building represents an investment of approximately €11.5 million and will house what had previously been in four locations.
