Fiber optic lighting maker Fiberstars Inc. of Solon, Ohio, announced that Jeffrey Brite has resigned as a director of the company, citing increasing work obligations. Fiberstars said its board meetings alternate between Ohio and California and board members frequently are called upon to participate in business activities between board meetings.
