TeraXion Inc. of Quebec City will supply JDSU Inc. of Milpitas, Calif., with telecommunications-grade fiber Bragg grating filters for incorporation into the American company’s 488-nm solid-state lasers. The filters serve as output couplers and frequency stabilizers in the lasers, which are used in semiconductor, instrumentation and biotechnology applications.
