JAI A*S of Copenhagen, Denmark, has purchased machine vision component supplier Pulnix America Inc. of Sunnyvale, Calif., including its shares, intellectual property, camera technology and sales and support offices in Japan and Australia. Pulnix will remain at its location and continue to use its brand name in parallel with that of JAI.
