SPRINGFIELD, Va., Oct. 24 -- Isomet Corp. has received $2.8 million in orders for birefringent materials used in DWDM products for a customer in the fiber optic industry. Isomet will make shipments through December of next year. Isomet supplies processed birefringent crystal material and devices for laser related applications.
