Ion Source Purchased
General Plasma Inc. of Tucson, Ariz., a vacuum thin-film coating company, has acquired the ion source product line from Advanced Energy Industries Inc. of Fort Collins, Colo. The line will be integrated into the former company’s advanced sources division and will enhance its anode layer ion source technology.
