PHOENIX, Ariz., June 25 -- International FiberCom Inc. will provide AT&T Broadband and Internet Services (AT&T BIS) with design-build services for the upgrade of its cable systems. Initial work will include portions of AT&T's cable upgrade projects in the San Francisco Bay and Denver areas. Under these agreements, International FiberCom will be an essential contractor for AT&T BIS.
