Optical component and assembly manufacturer LightPath Technologies Inc. has acquired precision optics manufacturer ISP Optics Corp. for $12 million in cash with a balance of five-year subordinated notes issued to the sellers. LightPath also announced the completion of a previously announced underwritten public offering of 8 million shares of its Class A common stock, including the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase 1 million shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments, at a public offering price of $1.21 per share.
